The 2010 Mazda CX-7 comes strapped
with a 244-horsepower, 2.3-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine: this leaves
the economy group way behind, and is competitive with luxury marques. The engine
is mated to a six-speed manually shiftable automatic transmission – again a
feature above most of the economy class, and even surpassing some luxury
crossover models. Fuel economy is in line with the luxury crossover group with

interior of the 2010 Mazda CX-7 is cozy, wrapped in leather and has a
respectable electronics package. Passenger and cargo room are on the low side of

passengers come standard. Upgrade to the Grand Touring model and the CX-7 will
come standard with a glass power moonroof, DVD-based navigation system,
satellite radio, and an upgraded Bose stereo system.

the 2010 CX-7 keeps occupants away from harm in the event of a collision. The
airbag offering, combined with a sturdy frame, gained the CX-7 a list of
Five-Star crash test ratings. To prevent accidents, all CX-7 models are equipped
with antilock brakes, brake assist, stability and traction control systems –
plus the responsive handling of the CX-7 may help the driver avoid accidents
even easier.
